Eat Me, Drink Me

I really love this album. It sounds like he has taken the sound from his triptych of Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals, and Holy Wood and put it all together with Tim Skold. Its really quite an amazing album I must say. It does make me feel kind of sad for Manson though, it has a certain sense of hurt throughout the album and I'm pretty sure this album is about one person in particular.

It's actually almost half and half, between Dita and Evan. "If I Was Your Vampire" is about a very close friend of his, with whom the scenario described in the song actually occured. It's amazing to me how raw and personal he was on this album, it's just... amazing.

Yes, it is a very good album. Now I have Eat Me, Drink me and Year Zero to listen to over and over haha. It does seem like this is his most personal album.

PS

Didn't know about Evan, crazy stuff.
